Step 2. New to MBYC? Complete a Junior Application.

Step 3. Check out our Course Offerings.

Step 4. Print and complete the Registration.

Step 5. Print and fill out the liability release form.

Step 6. Print and fill out the medical information form.

Step 7. Please mail your complete packet to:
